YC – Special system

Designed for new technology application: PU coated fertilizer granules – creating a controlled release fertilizer. YC 1266M78/10/2 system is normally divided into three feedings into the coating equipment after the pre-surface treatment of the fertilizer. After the pre-surface treatment of the fertilizer, heat up the fertilizer to 55-65 ℃. then 1/3 of the polyol will be introduced into the coating equipment. Mix the fertilizer and polyol for around 1 2 mins, then add in the isocyanate at a proper ratio and keep mixing for another 2-5 minutes for the reaction between polyol and isocyanate to be finished. After that, repeat this feeding step twice and keep mixing in the vessel for 20 minutes more for post curing. Then cool down the materials and unload the finished product into bags.
