The second factory of Long Dang Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. is currently under construction at VSIP II-A in Binh Duong Province, with a designed annual capacity of 20,000 metric tons. This new facility is being built with an optimized layout to ensure smooth, synchronized operations from raw material intake to finished product dispatch, ensuring timely delivery to customers. The company has invested in modern equipment and precision control systems to ensure high and consistent product quality that meets customer requirements. Additionally, all products undergo rigorous quality testing using advanced measuring devices, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for every batch dispatched from the factory. All testing procedures are conducted in the laboratory by a team of qualified engineers and technicians. Raw materials are sourced from the parent company in China as well as from global-scale isocyanate suppliers such as Tosoh, BASF, and Covestro.
